JK Collection - Ripple Lamp 

Inspired by a 17th Century Japanese drawing, this design represents a ripple in water, and when the light hits the surface it creates movement.  A milling process is used to create three different layers in the metal, giving this lamp a truly artisanal quality.  Each layer is then individually plated, giving it depth.  The body of the lamp is made from Birds Eye Maple and the base Mahogany to bring out the eyes of the Maple. The Birds Eye really pulls out the color in the ripple.
