This intricately detailed cloisonné charger depicts a pair of birds in flight and a pair of birds on the ground with a background of peony blossoms. It would be lovely on a bookcase or hung on a wall.

CONDITION: Good antique condition. The front of the charger is free of damage (there is some pitting to be expected with age). The back of the charger has one dent in the the metal base (as pictured). Two holes were drilled into the metal base for attaching a wire for hanging. There is wear to the blue enamel on the back of the charger as can be seen from the photos.
